We’re looking for an experienced Agricultural Team Leader to lead weed control operations in fodder beet crops across multiple locations throughout the South Island.
This is a fixed-term role for approximately one month, starting late February.
The role:

Leading and supervising a small field team

Coordinating weed control operations in fodder beet crops

Working across various South Island locations (travel required)

Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

Hands-on field work alongside leadership duties
What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in agricultural field work (fodder beet or crop spraying/weed control preferred)

Previous team leadership or supervisory experience

Full NZ Class 1 driver’s licence (essential)

Strong work ethic and ability to work long days when required

Good communication skills and ability to motivate a team

Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
