Location: Canterbury, New Zealand
Job Type: Seasonal (October–April, with potential for repeat seasons)
Hours: Variable – including early starts, late finishes, and weekends during peak season
Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)

We’re a busy agricultural contracting company based in Canterbury, and we’re on the lookout for experienced Seasonal Truck Drivers to join our team for the upcoming harvest and silage season.

You'll play a key role in supporting our operations during our peak months, transporting grass, maize, grain, and other crops from paddock to pit or silo. If you're reliable, safety-conscious, and love working outdoors with a great crew, we’d like to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a range of trucks (tipper, bulk, silage) across local rural areas

  • Transport crops and materials between farms and storage sites

  • Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance

  • Work closely with dispatch and machine operators for efficient turnaround

  • Maintain accurate delivery logs and adhere to safety protocols


What We’re Looking For:

  • Class 4 (or Class 5) NZ driver’s license – essential

  • Experience with agricultural cartage or rural haulage – preferred

  • Flexibility to work extended hours during peak harvest periods

  • Strong work ethic and reliability

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Basic mechanical knowledge a plus
