About the Role
We are currently seeking applicants with previous knife skills.
Depending on the day you could be in the production and packaging of our high-quality meat products. This position will involve heavy lifting, able to stand for extended periods, and excel in tasks such as picking and packing, trimming meat fat, manual handling of meat, as well as associated cleaning duties.
This role is for a casual, part time, full time you tell us how many hows you need or want each week.
- Use knives and cutting equipment to trim, portion, and prepare meat products according to specifications.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform heavy lifting, which may include carcasses and boxes of meat products.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and hygiene.
- Accurately pick and pack meat products for distribution.
