This farm is a well-established 900-cow dairy operation located close to Darfield, Canterbury. We operate a 54-bail rotary dairy equipped with Protrack technology and Datamars collars, providing a modern, efficient, and animal-focused working environment.

The Role:
We’re looking for a long-term team member to join our dairy operation. You’ll be involved in all aspects of the daily running of the farm, including:

  • Milking and shed hygiene

  • Animal health and welfare monitoring

  • Feeding and pasture management

  • General farm maintenance

You’ll be part of a small, supportive team that works closely together to achieve great results.

About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:

Experience in dairy farming is preferred, but training will be provided for the right person.
